What We Do & How We Do It!
Well it is quite simple really, all you need to do is follow the steps below and we will do the rest. The team here at Sonic Construction take care of all the site management all you need to do is sit eback and watch it all come together.
Sonic Construction specialises in Architectural Designs New Builds, Renovations, Shop Fit-outs, Extensions, Decks & Pergolas, Outdoor & Entertaining Areas. We manage to whole project from concept to completion.
Step 1.
Get In Touch
Simply call or use our contact form below to get in touch with us and we can discuss what stage you are at with your project, the vision that you have, the full scope of works and the viability of the project.
Step 2.
Design
We have some of the very best working with us, our Drafts person I will discuss with you Budget & Style, Concept Drawings, Full Scope of work, Colours, Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes that you desire. We then arrange any required Council Approval, Town Planning, Soil Testing, Surveying, Certification and Engineering that may be required for your project.
Step 3.
Quote
Once we have all the information that we need to bring your vision to life, we will prepare you a detailed quote that will outline all the expected costs so there is no hidden fees or surprises at the other end.
Step 4.
Sign Contract
Now things are really starting to come along nicely, now that you have your finance or budget arranged we are ready to draw up and sign contracts. This will contain all the Terms & Conditions of the contract as well as start date, duration & completion date.
Step 5.
Construction
The big day has finally arrived and construction begins, all the planning comes together and site is a buzz with all the trades working together to bring your vision to life. One of the best things about working with Sonic Construction is that we are contactable at alll times and you only need to comunicate with one parson throughout the entire build.
