Design.
It’s important to make sure design is done right the first time.
We work with a qualified draftsperson to collaborate on creating a design that considers your budget, style and requirements. They also understand how to make the most of natural light, ventilation and function.
We make the best of your block be it challenging sloping sites, pole homes or slab on ground all while adhering to council and town planning guidelines.
Quote.
After agreeing on a final design, the plans are finalised, and they’re sent for the engineering to be completed. We then prepare a detailed quote using plans, engineering and scope of works that clearly outlines all expected costs.
Our commitment to transparency and conversational approach means we answer questions honestly and help our clients understand the options for each product and finish.
Contract.
We send the contract through with our detailed quote. Once you’ve approved, we get to work securing QBCC insurances, certifiers and any further council approval required for the project.
These contracts cover every aspect of your project including projected start date, duration and estimated completion. Don’t forget, we’re always here to answer questions; we want our clients to feel confident and comfortable before we start construction.
Construction.
Start date confirmed, construction begins.
We take care of all the approvals, surveys & certifications required so at this point, all that’s left for you to do is enjoy the process and document the journey.
